Dan Laurin comes back with a new interpretation of some of the most famous concertos for flute by Vivaldi. Although Laurin’s older recordings of the same concertos have already become classics for the repertoire, the Swedish virtuoso is back with a new, sparkling version of this music. The ensemble is Norwegian orchestra 1B1 (recently mentioned by Vanity Fair as one of the hottest new orchestras around) under the direction of Jan Björanger (violin) and guests in the continuo team are Anna and Jonas Nordberg (theorbo and baroque guitar). ENJOY!
